摘　　要：近年来,城市建设的步伐加快,高层住宅楼越来越多,带有底商或商业网点的住宅楼受到开发商的青睐。论文结合规范,对该类楼型的消防设计做了详细介绍,对住宅部分公共位置消防中的一些消防措施做了加强,希望对同行设计有所帮助。In recent years, to accelerate the pace of urban construction, more and more high-rise residential buildings, especially with Deshang or commercial outlets in the residential building is favored by the developers. Based on the specification, on the building fire protection design are introduced in detail, the residential part of the public place fire some fire protection measures enhanced, and I hope to be helpful to the design of peer.
