614例银屑病患者合并其他疾病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:明确银屑病合并其它疾病的情况。方法:对614例银屑病患者(寻常型351例,红皮型130例,关节型81例,脓疱型52例)的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:614例银屑病患者中29.31%合并消化系统疾病,5.86%合并肾脏疾病,16.93%合并心脏病和高血压病,1.62%合并神经系统疾病,3.09%合并肿瘤,3.42%合并呼吸系统疾病,6.67%合并代谢系统疾病,2.28%合并传染性疾病,4.39%合并其他皮肤病。结论:银屑病除皮肤损害外,还可合并其他疾病,治疗时也应注意对合并疾病的治疗。Objective：To understand psoriasis complicated with other diseases. Methods：The data of 614 patients with psoriasis （ 351 patients with psoriasis vulgaris, 130 with erythrodermic psoriasis, 81 with arthro-pathic psoriasis and 52 with pustular psoriasis） was analyzed. Results：The proportion of 614 patients compli-cated with digestive diseases, kidney diseases, hypertension and heart disease, neurological disease, cancer, respiratory diseases, metabolic disease,infectious disease and other dermatosis was 29.31%,5.86%, 16.93%, 1.62%, 3.09%, 3.42%, 6.67%, 2.28% and 4.39% respectively. Conclusion： The patients with psoriasis can accompany with other diseases and the treatment of associated diseases should be strengthened.
