摘　　要：9例Marshall-White患者中,4例睡眠质量欠佳,4例患者述平时易紧张、胸闷心慌,2例患者心电图检查窦性心动过速。4例患者通过心理疏导并给予谷维素治疗后睡眠改善皮疹好转。神经精神因素导致毛细血管功能失调可能是本病的主要致病因素。Of 9 patients with Marshall-White Syndrome, four patients had poor sleep quality, 4 were stressed frequently, chest congestion and flustered, 2 ha sinus tachycardia. The lesions and sleep qualities of 4 patients were improved through the treating of oryzanol and psychological counseling. Neuropsychiatric factors leading to the capillary dysfunction may be the main causative factors in Marshall-White Syndrome.
