摘　　要：患者,男,21岁。躯干、四肢黑斑21年,走路不稳4年。皮损组织病理示:混合痣;头颅磁共振成像示:桥脑萎缩并斑片状短T1信号,小脑轻度萎缩。诊断为神经皮肤黑变病。A 21-year-old male patient presented with black plaques on the trunk and extremities for 21 years with an unsteady step for 4 years. The pathological feature of the lesion was accordance with the diagno-sis of compound nevus. MRI of brain showed pons atrophy with patchy short T1 signal and mild cerebellum atrophy. The diagnosis of neurocutaneous melanosis was made.
