摘　　要：本文基于政策要求分析设立衡量支农再贷款使用效果的指标,并根据实践经验和数据的可得性列举了可能影响支农再贷款使用效果的主要因素,通过比较分析和实证检验筛选对支农再贷款使用效果有显著影响的指标,分析各项影响因素的影响程度,为优化支农再贷款管理提供参考依据。This article establishes a series of index to measure the effect of agriculture refinancing, also, it lists the main factors that may affect agriculture refinancing effect based on practices and data availability. Thus, it screens for significant impact indicators affecting agriculture refinancing effect by comparative analysis and empirical test, and analyzes the impact of various factors to provide policy references for optimizing the management of agriculture refinancing.
