摘  要:为探讨加味四物汤口服治疗老年晚期结直肠癌的临床疗效,将33例老年晚期结直肠癌患者随机分为治疗组(18例)和对照组(15例),对照组以西药对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用加味四物汤口服。治疗结束后比较两组患者的临床疗效和生存期。结果显示,治疗结束后,治疗组在改善患者临床症状和生活质量、提高生存期方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结果表明,加味四物汤能够改善老年晚期结直肠癌患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,延长生存期。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of modified decoction of four ingredients in the treatment of senile terminal Colorectal carcinoma,and randomly divided 33 cases of senile terminal colorec- tal carcinoma into treatment group ( n = 18) and control one( n = 15);the latter received the supportive right cure of Western medicine for their carcinoma, while the former again added with modified decoction of four ingredients based on control's therapy; after treament end the clinical effect and survival duration of both groups were compared each other.As results, in improvement of clinical symptoms and quality of life, and lengthen survival date the former was superior to the latter ( P〈0.05).Results show that modified decoction of four ingredients can improve clinical symptoms of these senile patients with terminal colorectal carcinoma,and enhance their quality of life, lengthen survival date.
