内括约肌部分离断治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨内括约肌部分离断术治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床疗效，采用肛管直肠环下部分内括约肌离断术治疗陈旧性肛裂200例，观察其疗效。结果显示，200例患者均一期治愈。住院时间7～11d。术后无一例发生肛门狭窄、肛门失禁。随访1～3年，均无复发。结果表明，内括约肌部分离断术治疗陈旧性肛裂疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of partial interruption of internal sphincter in the treatment of chronic anal fissure.The 200 cases of chronic anal fissure received interruption for partial internal sphincter beneath anorectal ring for treating their fissure,their effect was observed.As results,all of 200 cases were cured primarily; hospital stay was 7-16 days; after operation no case stenosis and incontinence of anus occured in all cases;the follow-up of 1-3 year did not find any recurrence.Results show that this interruption for chronic anal fissure has certain effect, thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
