健康成年人肛乳头形态、大小及分布观察

摘　　要：为观察健康成年人肛乳头形态、大小及分布，我们对890名健康成人进行观察。结果发现，肛乳头出现率为29．55％（263／890）。肛乳头分布：1～2点位165枚（29．46％），5点位72枚（12．86％），9～11点位164枚（29．29％），12点位36枚（6．43％），6点位10枚（1．79%）。肛乳头基底宽度为（5．26±1．29）mm，高度为（3．59±0．97）mm，基底宽度大于高度，差异有统计学意义，PdO．05。结果表明。肛乳头以胸膝位1～2点位、5点位、9～11点位最为密集。正常成年人肛乳头基底宽度大于高度。This study was to investigate the features of form,size and distribution of anal papilla in healthy aduh.The results investigated 890 people showed：in anal papilla, their appear＇ance frequency was 29.55% （263/890）, they distribute at 1-2 point-site 165 （29.46 %）, 5 point-sitz 72 （12.86 %）, 9-11 point-site 164 （29.29%） ,12 point-site 36（6.43%）,6 point-sitz 10（1.79%）,their base width was （5.26±1.29） mm,height was （3.59±0.97） mm,i.e width〉height（ P〈0.05）.Resuhs show that anal papilla are more concentrated at 1-2,5 and 9-10 point-sitz,and in healthy adult its base width is larger than its height.
