组合式骶神经电刺激治疗盆底痉挛综合征的临床疗效及护理措施

摘　　要：为探讨组合式骶神经电刺激治疗盆底痉挛综合征（SPFS）的临床疗效及护理措施，将接受骶神经电刺激的100例SPFS患者随机分为5组，即S3电刺激组、非s3电刺激组、双侧S3电刺激组、s3＋S4电刺激组和S1＋s3电刺激组，对比各组临床疗效。结果显示，各组临床疗效依次为：s3＋s4电刺激组〉双侧s3电刺激组〉S1＋s3电刺激组〉s3电刺激组〉非s3电刺激组。结果表明，S3＋S4骶神经组合电刺激治疗SPFS疗效最好。治疗前心理护理、治疗后健康宣教可确保治疗疗效。This study was to investigate the clinical effect and nursing measures, unitized electrositimulation to sacral nerves in the treatment of spastic pelvic floor syndrom（SPFS） randomly divided 100 patients with SPFS to be subjected to this electrostimulation into five groups： S3 group,non S3 group, double-side S3 group, S3＋S4 group, and S1＋S3 group, then the effects of all groups were compared.As results, the effects of all groups were in the order as S3＋S4 group 〉double-side S3 group 〉S1＋S3 group 〉S3 group 〉non S3 group.Results show that in the unitized electrostimulation to sacral nerves S3 ＋S4 combination has the best effect for SPFS, and combined with pre-treatment psychological nursing and post-treatment health education can ensure effect.
