摘　　要：粮食是国民经济发展的重要物质基础,关系到国计民生,关系到社会和谐稳定发展,是国家长治久安的根本。基于黑龙江省粮食综合生产能力影响因素的统计调查数据,运用因子分析方法对黑龙江省典型城市粮食生产能力进行统计分析。结果表明,前两个因子的累计方差贡献率达到86.677%,由旋转后的因子载荷阵得出两个因子,分别为物质投入因子和自然因子。最后,针对各因子对粮食综合生产能力的影响,对各城市粮食综合生产能力和单项生产能力排名,根据各城市的优势和不足给出提高各城市粮食综合生产能力,进而提高整个黑龙江省粮食综合生产能力的对策建议。The food is the important material basis for the development of national economy, the relationship to the national economy and peopleg livelihood, the harmonious and stable development of society. It is the basic issue of national security. The article is based on the influence factor of overall grain production capacity in heilongiiang province statistical investigation data, using the factor analysis method to carried out a statistical analysis on the typical city in heilongjiang province grain production ability. The results show that the cumulative variance contribution ratio of the first two factors of 86. 677%, by the rotation of the factor loading matrix after two factors, material input factors and natural factors respectively. Fi- nally, aiming at the effects of various factors on the overall grain production capacity, the overall grain production capacity in cities and single pro- duction capacity ranks, according to the advantages and disadvantages of each city, improve the urban comprehensive grain production capacity, and improve the overall grain production capacity in heilongjiang province countermeasures and suggestions
