摘　　要：一带一路战略对于促进经济开发和创新,发挥传统制造业优势,加快经济结构转型,加强与东南亚互联互通具有重要作用。从哲学维度对这一课题进行深入思考,对于更好地实现这一战略具有重要的理论和现实意义。along the way strategy for the promotion of economic development and innovation, the role of traditional manufacturing advantages, speed up economic restructuring, strengthen interoperability and Southeast Asia has an important role. From a philosophical dimension of depth thinking on this subject, for better implementation of this strategy has important theoretical and practical significance.
