八角茴香水提物对实寒证大鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察八角茴香水提物对实寒证大鼠的影响。方法:采用生石膏、龙胆草、黄柏和知母水煎液(2:1.2:1:1.5)灌胃复制实寒证大鼠模型,观察八角茴香水提物对实寒证大鼠一般体征的影响,测定大鼠血浆中乳酸(LD)、丙酮酸、甘油三酯、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状腺素T4(T4)及肝组织中LD、丙酮酸、肝糖原含量,检测肝组织中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)及ATP酶的活力。结果:八角茴香水提取物对实寒证模型大鼠的一般体征有改善作用,可降低血浆中甘油三酯、可升高血浆中丙酮酸、T4及TSH含量;可降低肝匀浆中LD、肝糖元含量及LDH活性,可升高肝匀浆中LDH活性及Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力。结论:八角茴香水提物可改善实寒证大鼠的一般体征,改善物质及能量代谢,调节甲状腺轴功能,起到温阳散寒的作用。This study was aimed to observe the effect of Illicium verum water extract on excess-cold syndrome in rats. The intragastric administration of the decoction of gypsum, gentian, phellodendron and rhizoma anemarrhenae（2：1.2：1：1.5） was used to establish the excess-cold rat model. Effects of I. verum water extract on general body signs of excess-cold syndrome rats were observed. The detection was made on the contents of LD, PA, TG, TSH, T4 in the serum and LD, PA, glycogen in liver tissues. The vitality of the LDH, SDH and ATPas was also detected. The results showed that I. verum water extract can improve the general body signs of excess-cold syndrome rats. It reduced the content of TG; increased the content of PA, T4, TSH; reduced the content of LD, glycogen, and the vitality of LDH; increased the vitality of LDH, Ca^2＋-Mg^2＋-ATPase in liver tissues. It was concluded that I. verum water extract can improve some general body signs of excess-cold syndrome rats, improve the substance and energy metabolism, and regulate the thyroid axis function, in order to achieve the warming yang for dispelling cold effect.
