摘  要:目的 了解我国当前高等医药教育研究的热点、研究方法、主要研究成果等,为进一步开展我国医药教育研究提供参考依据.方法 收集2010年~ 2012年3年间我国14种正式出版的医药教育类学术期刊,运用词频分析法对其所载文献的关键词进行分析,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行定量统计分析.结果 高等医药教育已经将提高人才培养质量作为首要工作,所采取的具体措施有:实施“卓越医生教育培养计划”,开展创新人才培养模式改革和教学方法改革,强化实践育人环节,逐步建立“5+3”(5年医学院校教育加上3年住院医师规范化培训)为主体的医学教育模式,逐步加大健康教育、继续教育、留学生教育、素质教育、人文素质教育等的力度.结论 医药教育类学术期刊是医药教育研究论文的主要载体.近年来,我国高等医药教育已经将提高医药教育质量,特别是人才培养质量作为工作的重点.Objective To understand the hotspots,methods and achievements of present higher medical education research,in order to provide bases for further medical education research in China.Methods Fourteen official published medical education journals from 2010 to 2012 were chosen,and all the key words in the articles from these journals were analyzed using word frequency analysis methods.SPSS 13.0 software was used to carry out quantitative statistical analysis.Results Personnel training had become a primary work to improve the quality of higher medical education.The strategies were:implementing " excellent doctors training plan",conducting reform of teaching methods and training innovative talents,enforcing practice education,create "5 plus 3" medical education model (5 years' medical school education plus 3 years' standardized resident training),enhancing health education,continuing education,oversea student education,quality education,humanities education.Conclusions Medical education journals are the main carrier of medical education articles.To improve the higher education quality,especially quality of personnel training becomes the key point of higher education in China these years.
