摘　　要：建设项目职业病危害评价工作涉及人员、技术、资金、设备等诸多资源的综合利用。文中根据其工作的特点,提出引入项目管理的理念,通过建立项目管理机制,采用优化管理和阶段管理的方法,对建设项目职业病危害评价工作进行有效的计划、组织、控制和评估,实现铁路疾病预防控制机构有限资源的有效整合,提高建设项目职业病危害评价工作的管理质效和技术水平,达到推动铁路疾病预防控制机构持续改进和稳定发展的目的。Occupational hazard assessment in construction project involves the comprehensive utilization of various resources including professional staff, funding, technology, and equipment. Based on its distinguishing features, the present study established project management mechanism by means of optimal management and stage management. Through this approach, the plan, organization, control, and evaluation of occupational hazard assessment in construction project could be effectively conducted, therefore improving the integration of limited resources and the managerial and technical quality of occupational hazard assessment, and eventually promoting the continual and stable development of railway disease control and prevention organizations.
