双唑泰栓治疗滴虫阴道炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨双唑泰栓治疗滴虫阴道炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院收治的滴虫阴道炎患者106例,将其采用随机数字表法分为两组,各53例,对照组患者给予甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组患者给予双唑泰栓治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者外阴瘙痒、阴道充血、阴道坠痛临床症状消失时间均明显短于对照组,且治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论双唑泰栓应用于滴虫阴道炎治疗中,能够有效改善患者临床症状、促进患者康复的作用。Objective To investigate the Shuangzuotai Shuan for clinical curative effect of the treatment of trich- omonas vaginitis patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with trichomonal vaginitis in hospital,the random number table,they were divided into two groups,53 cases in each,the control group were treated with metronidazole suppository in the treatment,the observation group was treated with metronidazole suppository in the treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results Observation group patients with vulvar itching and vaginal congestion,vaginal faling pain disappearing time of clinical symptoms were significantly shorter in control group,and the treatment efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference is statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Metronidazole Clotrimazole and Chlorhexidine Acetate Suppositories applied for treating trichomonal vaginitis can effectively improve the clinical symptom of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients.
