曲美他嗪治疗心力衰竭患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨心力衰竭患者应用曲美他嗪治疗的临床疗效。方法将108例心力衰竭患者完全随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组患者行传统治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.3%,明显高于对照组的79.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为11.1%,明显低于对照组的22.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用曲美他嗪治疗心力衰竭患者,临床效果明显,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the clinical eficacy of trimetazidine in patients with chronic heart failure QuMei treatment.Methods 108 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 54 cases in each group.In the control group were treated with conventional therapy and group were given trimetazidine treatment group on the basis of control,were compared between the two groups of curative effect observation.Results In the treatment of patients in the observation group total effective rate was 96.3%,significantly higher than 79.6%,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）;observed adverse reactions in patients was 11.1%,significantly lower than the control group 22.2%,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of QuMei trimetazidine in treatment of heart failure,clinical effect,less adverse reaction.
