摘　　要：肠道病毒71型(enterovirus 71,EV71)是引起儿童手足口病的主要病原体之一,其感染可在少数患者中引起严重的神经系统综合征甚至导致死亡。自20世纪90年代后期在东南亚地区暴发以来,EV71感染已成为严重威胁全球,尤其是亚太地区儿童健康的公共卫生问题之一。尽管目前临床上尚无针对EV71的安全有效的疫苗,但多个灭活疫苗已进入或完成临床研究,减毒活疫苗、亚单位疫苗、病毒样颗粒疫苗等新型疫苗也显示出良好的发展前景,该文综述了EV71疫苗的最新研究进展。Enterovirus 71（ EV71） is one of the primary causative agents of hand,foot and mouth disease in children and closely associated with severe neurological complications and even deaths. EV71 outbreaks have occurred throughout the Asia-Pacific region since 1990 s,posing global public health threat; however,no specific therapeutic strategy exists for severe EV71 infection. Several inactivated vaccine products have entered or finished the clinical trial stage,and some novel vaccine candidates,including live attenuated,subunit,and virus-like particle,show great potential for further development. This review summarizes the present situation and progress in the development of EV71 vaccines.
