2008-2013年武汉市VCT检出HIV感染者的流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨武汉市艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作的运行现状。方法利用艾滋病综合防治信息系统的实时浏览及统计功能,通过条件检索,导出2008-2013年VCT服务的相关数据,进行统计学分析。结果 2008-2013年,武汉市VCT服务总量保持相对平稳。2009年起,检出艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体阳性人数及阳性率呈逐年上升趋势,于2012年达到高峰。全市VCT检出的748例HIV感染者,男女性别比为6.48∶1,同性性传播占59.76%,异性性传播占21.79%,注射毒品传播占7.89%,采供血传播占2.41%,母婴传播占0.40%。2008年起,同性性传播所占比例及总人数呈逐年上升趋势,于2012年达到高峰。VCT检出的HIV感染者主要集中在硚口、武昌等中心城区,区域分布特征明显。结论应进一步完善VCT绩效考核评价方案,积极探索新的工作模式,以提高VCT工作的效率和效益。Objective To investigate the current operating situation of HIV voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）in Wuhan city.Methods Using the real-time browsing and statistics function of AIDS prevention and control information system,by advanced search,a statistical analysis was done to the data obtained from VCT in Wuhan city from 2008 to 2013.Results The total number of VCT services remained relatively stable from 2008 to 2013in Wuhan city.The number of HIV-positive and the positive rate were increasing year by year since 2009,peaked in2012.748 cases of HIV-positive people were detected in VCT,and sex ratio between men and women is 6.48：1,the constituent ratio of homosexual transmission was 59.76%,heterosexual transmission accounted for 21.79%,transmitted by injecting drug use accounted for 7.89%,spreading by blood accounted for 2.41%,through mother to child transmission accounted for 0.4%.The ratio of homosexual transmission and the total number of HIV/AIDS were on the rise since 2008,reached the peak in 2012.The HIV-positive people detected in VCT were mainly concentrated in Qiaokou,Wuchang and so on.There was an obvious regional distribution characteristic.ConclusionsIn order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of VCT,performance assessment program of VCT should be further improved,and the new work patterns should be actively explored.
