摘　　要：目的评价广州市海珠区梅毒控制措施实施的可行性及有效性,为有效落实国家梅毒控制策略提供依据。方法通过绩效考核、加强督导和培训、扩大检测网络等方式,将梅毒和艾滋病防治工作有机结合,构建海珠区梅毒综合防控工作机制。采用数据分析、现场核查及问卷调查进行效果评估。结果 2008-2014年,海珠区梅毒发病率随着年份的增加呈下降趋势(χ2=83.121,P<0.0001)。2013年各类人群梅毒相关知识知晓率均高于2011年,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。另外,医疗机构梅毒报告准确率及梅毒检测率上升,梅毒监测检测点增加,基层梅毒防治队伍壮大,取得了较好的预期效果。结论梅毒综合防控机制的建立,对落实国家梅毒防控规划起了积极的作用,应进一步完善和推广。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of syphilis prevention and control in Haizhu district of Guangzhou,in order to provide basis for effective implementation of the national syphilis control strategy.Methods Through assessing performance,strengthening supervision and training,expanding the testing network,made syphilis and AIDS prevention and control work organically,and constructed mechanism of comprehensive prevention and control of syphilisin Haizhu district.Data analysis,on-site verification and questionnaire wereconducted to evaluate the effect.Results The incidence rate of syphilis showed a decreasing trend year by year（χ^2=83.121,P〈0.0001）.The awareness rate of syphilis among different groups of people in the year of 2013 was higher than 2011（P〈0.0001）.The accuracy of reported syphilis and detection rate of syphilisin medical institutions rose.In addition,syphilis testing point increased,primary syphilis control team grew,and all these achieve the desired effect.Conclusion The establishment of a comprehensive prevention and control mechanism of syphilis play edaactive role for the implementation of national syphilis prevention and control plan and should be further improved and promoted.
