摘　　要：报道了1例由于居家约束不当导致上肢损伤的新生儿的护理过程。护理重点包括:患肢的观察和护理、疼痛护理、饮食护理、预防感染、对患儿家长进行心理护理和健康宣教。经过12d的精心护理和治疗,患儿康复出院。建议加强新生儿家长相关内容的健康教育,避免类似情况发生。This paper summarizes the nursing care of a newborn with upper limb injury caused by improper restraint. The key points in nursing were observation and nursing of the involved limb,pain management,diet nursing,prevention of infections,psychological nursing and health education for parents. The infant was discharged after 12-day treatment and careful nursing. It is suggested to strengthen health education for parents to avoid similar accidents.
