摘  要:目的探讨设立小儿外科护理小组,采取多元化护理干预措施在学龄前患儿术前的应用效果。方法将2013年3月至2014年3月在我院进行手术的患儿80例随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组患儿由经过专业培训的小儿外科护理小组的护士护理,采取多元化干预措施,对照组常规护理。实施后从患儿紧张焦虑程度、访视前后家长对手术相关知识了解程度、遵医行为及家长对麻醉科医护服务满意度4个方面进行比较。结果两组患儿围手术期焦虑得分在进入手术室时和等待手术时,试验组得分低于对照组(P<0.05);访视后试验组患儿家长对手术相关知识的了解程度、遵医行为及对麻醉科医护服务满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论设立小儿外科护理小组,采取多元化干预措施,能有效减轻患儿术前焦虑、恐惧情绪,促进围手术期小儿身心健康。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of diversified interventions on reducing preschool children's preoperative anxiety and improving compliance with anesthesia. Methods Eighty preschool children receiving elective surgery from March 2013 to March 2014 were assigned to two groups by a random number table. The children in the experimental group received diversified interventions by a pediatric surgical nursing team,while the children in the control group received routine care. The preschool children' anxiety and parents' knowledge related to the surgery,compliance and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The children's anxiety scores rated by Modified Yale Preoperative Anxiety Scale(MYPAS) were significantly lower in the experimental group than those of the control group when they entered into the operating room and during induction of anesthesia(P〈0.05). The parents' knowledge related to surgery,compliance and satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The setting up of the pediatric surgical nursing team and implementation of diversified interventions can reduce preschool children's preoperative anxiety and fear,and maintain the physical and psychological health of perioperative children.
