摘　　要：[目的]探讨胡斌教授治疗失眠病证的临床经验。[方法]从病因病机、治疗原则、用药特点等方面论述胡斌教授治疗失眠病证的临床经验,并举案例佐证。[结果]胡斌教授认为,本病多以阴虚为主,兼及心、肝、脾、肾等多脏失调,且本病与情志因素密切相关。治疗上以养阴为主,根据患者临床表现,审因论治,灵活变通。同时,在治疗过程中应重视精神调摄,嘱咐患者避免情绪太过波动以及加强体育锻炼等。应用上述方法临床取得显著疗效,所举案例也获得较好效果。[结论]胡斌教授治疗失眠病证的临床经验值得推广。[Objective] To explore the clinical experience of professor Hu Bin in the treatment of fatal familial insomnia syndrome. [Methods]From the disease, the etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principle and treatment based on syndrome differentiation characteristics, medication, etc., the professor Hu Bin＇s clinical experience in the treatment of fatal familial insomnia syndrome. [Results] Professor Hu Bin thinks, the disease with yin deficiency, heart, liver, spleen, and kidney disorders; treatment with nourishing Yin, according to clinical manifestations, review the reasons for treatment, change flexibly, with clinical therapeutic effect. And the disease is closely related to the modem factors, should attach importance to cultivating spirit in the process of treatment, with good effect. [Conclusion] The clinical experience is worthy of promotion.
