意外拔（脱）管中护理人员方面存在的隐患分析和应对措施

摘　　要：目的探讨患者意外拔管中护理人员方面存在的隐患并进行分析，为采取有效的应对措施提供依据。方法将胃肠外科2010年1月至2011年6月意外拔管的52例患者进行了根本原因分析并组织护理人员进行讨论，从护理人员自身易存在的安全问题来探讨，找出薄弱环节。结果患者意外拔管中护理人员方面存在的隐患分别是护理人员超负荷运转、护理人员的法律意识及自我保护意识淡薄、护理人员的综合知识水平偏低、不良执业环境等。结论医院管理者应注意人力资源的调配、科学合理排班和优化执业环境，通过职业安全培训提高护理人员的法律意识及自我保护意识，加强业务知识的学习，提高业务水平，从而减少患者意外拔管的发生。Objective To explore existing hidden trouble of the nursing staff in accidental extubation and pro- vide the basis for making countermeasures. Methods The 52 patients of accidental extubation in gastrointestinal sur- gery from January 2010 to June 2011 were analyzed the root-cause and organized nursing staff to discuss, found the i- dentify weaknesses in the nursing staff own easy existing security problems. Results The hidden trouble that the nurs- ing staff existed in accidental extubation were the nursing staff overload, nursing staff awareness of the law and self-pro- tection consciousness, the low level of comprehensive knowledge of nursing staff, poor practice environment and so on. Conclusions Hospital managers should pay attention to the deployment of human resources, scientific and rational schedule and optimization of the environment, enhance the legal awareness and self-protection awareness of nursing staff by occupational safety training, enhance learning professional knowledge and improve the professional level, thereby it can reduce the patients＂ accidental extubation.
