摘 要:目的:探讨量化健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法将本院2011年8月至2012年5月收治的140例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为随机健康教育组(70例)和量化健康教育组(70例),分别应用两种模式进行健康教育并对教育后的结果进行分析。结果经过健康教育后,患者对糖尿病知识的掌握和血糖控制的程度均较入院时有明显提高,量化健康教育组在血糖指标达标率、疾病知识掌握率和患者满意度均明显优于随机健康教育组,两组差异具有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。结论量化健康教育能够明显提高妊娠糖尿病患者对疾病的认识以及对自身行为的控制,是临床治疗的重要辅助手段,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of quantification health education for gestational diabetes mellitus ( Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, GDM) . Methods The 140 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus who in our hospital from 2011 August to 2012 May treated were randomly divided into random health education group ( 70 cases) and quan-tification health education group ( 70 cases) , the results of two modes after education were analyzed. Results All the patients were elevated in mastering knowledge of the disease after the education and controlled the blood sugar bet-ter. The quantification health education group was superior to the random group in the rate of the mastering knowledge, controlling blood sugar and satisfaction of the patients ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusions The quantification health education can obviously help improving the GDM patients knowing better of their disease and controlling better their blood sug-ar. The quantification health education is worth using widely in the clinical practice.
