摘  要:目的对比分析人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)阳性和阴性阴道分泌物蛋白指纹图谱,探索HPV阳性阴道分泌物是否存在特定蛋白标志。方法运用蛋白指纹图谱(PBSⅡ-C型)技术及金芯片检测45例HPV阳性患者和44例HPV阴性对照者阴道分泌物蛋白指纹图谱,分析HPV阳性阴道分泌物特定表达的蛋白标志,筛选其中部分差异蛋白建立HPV测试模型并评价其检测效能。结果 HPV阳性和阴性对照者间共检测到41个蛋白峰,其中17个蛋白峰的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。筛选其中5个标志蛋白建立的模型对HPV的检测灵敏度和特异度分别为96.0%(24/25)和95.8%(23/24)。结论蛋白指纹图谱技术能有效检测阴道分泌物特定表达的蛋白,筛选的差异蛋白对诊断HPV感染具有潜在应用价值。Objective To compare and analyze protein fingerprint in vaginal secretion with positive and negative human papilloma virus(HPV), and to explore existence of specific protein marker for vaginal secretion with positive HPV. Methods Protein fingerprint(type PBSⅡ-C) and golden chip were applied in detection of protein fingerprint in vaginal secretion of 45 positive HPV cases and 44 HPV negative cases. Specific protein marker of vaginal secretion with positive HPV was analyzed, and differential protein was screened to establish HPV detection model and evaluate its effect. Results A total of 41 protein peaks were detected in positive and negative HPV cases, and 17 protein peaks among them had statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Sensitivity and specificity of 5 models established by protein markers in detection of HPV were respectively 96.0%(24/25) and 95.8%(23/24). Conclusion Protein fingerprint can provide effective detection of specific protein expressionin vaginal secretion, and the screened differential protein contains potential application value in diagnosis of HPV infection.
