血清同型半胱氨酸与胱蛋白酶抑制剂C在老年高血压患者中的检测意义

摘　　要：目的分析老年高血压患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与胱蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cyst C)检测水平的临床意义。方法 70例老年高血压患者作为观察组,75例健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组研究对象的Hcy、Cyst C表达水平。结果观察组Hcy、Cyst C水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy、Cyst C水平可作为诊断老年高血压的标准之一,且高Cyst C水平可作为早期肾损害的指标之一。Objective To analyze clinical significance of serum homocysteine（Hcy） and cystatin C（Cyst C） detection for senile hypertension patients. Methods There were 70 senile hypertension patients as observation group, and 75 healthy people as control group. Their Hcy and Cyst C levels were compared. Results The observation group had higher Hcy and Cyst C levels than the control group, and their differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hcy and Cyst C levels can be used as one of the diagnosis standards for senile hypertension. Moreover, high Hcy and Cyst C levels is one of the indexes for early renal damage.
