临床药师参与糖尿病患者应用胰岛素的健康教育实践

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰岛素在储存和使用过程中常出现的问题。方法:临床药师结合临床工作经验,与临床医师、护士配合,设计问卷调查表,登记北京中医药大学附属护国寺中医院2014年312例确诊为糖尿病患者的资料及其使用胰岛素的情况,并进行分析。结果:患者知晓率低的事项包括:针头的使用、更换注射部位、急救意识等;患者掌握较好的事项包括:注射方法和时间、胰岛素的储存等。结论:临床药师从胰岛素的使用和保存等方面入手,纠正错误的方法,在糖尿病患者正确使用胰岛素的健康教育工作中发挥了积极的作用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the problems lie in the storage and use of insulin. METHODS： By using clinical experience,clinical pharmacists cooperated with physicians and nurses in questionnaire design,registration and analysis of the data of 312 diabetic patients treated with insulin in Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Huguo Temple Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. RESULTS： The items about which the patients had little knowledge included the correct use of needles,the replacement of the injection site,and the consciousness on first aid; however,the patients had good knowledge on the method and time of injection and the storage of insulin etc. CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists correct errors from aspects of the use of and storage of insulin and they played an important role in health education among diabetic patients.
