摘 要:在认真梳理人际情报网络、隐性知识共享、关系强度、结构洞、网络闭合等理论及研究成果的基础上,深入分析关系强度、结构洞及网络闭合对人际情报网络隐性知识共享的影响,进而构建了适于隐性知识共享的内紧外松的人际情报网络模式,并从程度中心性、中介中心性及距离中心性等角度对网络进行了分析和优化,以提高人际情报网络隐性知识共享的效率和质量。On the basis of the theory and research of human intelligence network, tacit knowledge shar-ing, tie strength, structural holes and network closure is combed carefully, the respective influence mecha-nism of tacit knowledge sharing of human intelligence network that comes from the social network theory,such as tie strength, structural holes and network closure, is analyzed in depth. In order to improve humanintelligence network tacit knowledge sharing efficiency and quality, an internal tight and external loose hu-man intelligence network suitable for tacit knowledge sharing is built. It is analyzed and optimized fromthe point of degree centrality, between centrality and closeness centrality.
