TOPSIS法在国家卫生城镇创建效果评价中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution,优劣解距离法)法在卫生城镇创建效果评价中的应用,为客观、科学、系统地评价河南省的国家卫生城镇创建的效果提供理论依据。方法收集国家卫生城镇高山镇及非国家卫生城镇刘河镇的经济、环境危害因素、人群健康和满意度的资料,采用TOPSIS法综合评价卫生城镇创建效果。结果高山镇财政收入及爱国卫生投入均高于刘河镇;健康危害因素水平高山镇低于刘河镇;环境卫生满意度及居民自身健康状况满意度高山镇均高于刘河镇;高山镇综合评价指数为0.6785979,刘河镇综合评价指数为0.5549902,高山镇综合评价指数高于刘河镇。结论综合指数评价(TOPSIS法)真实全面的反映了国家卫生城镇创建的效果。Objective To provide theoretical basis for objectively, scientifically, systematically assessing healthy town in He Nan province,discusse the application of TOPSIS method in assessing national healthy town construction. Methods Collection of healthy town Gao Shan town and non-healthy town Liu He town economic, environmental hazard factors, people health and satisfaction information, using TOPSIS method to comprehensive evaluation of the hygiene to create the effect. Results The fiscal revenue and patriotic health inputs of Gao Shan town are higher than LiuHe Town; Health hazard factors level of Gao Shan town below Liu He Town; Environmental health satisfaction of residents and their own health satisfaction of Gao Shan town were higher than Liu He Town; Comprehensive evaluation index of Gao Shan town is 0.6785979, comprehensive evaluation index of Liu He town is 0.5549902, comprehensive evaluation index of Gao Shah town is higher than Liu He town. Conclusion Comprehensive index evaluation method （TOPSIS） truly and comprehensively reflects the effect of construction by national healthy town.
