民主与民生:民主参与影响公共服务满意度的实证研究

摘　　要：本文利用微观样本数据,实证考察了民主参与对民生类公共服务满意度的影响。研究发现,民主参与显著影响了居民公共服务满意度,并且这种影响对不同收入层次和不同居住地区的居民具有异质性。上述发现意味着,地方政府在民生关联的公共服务供给过程中提高决策透明度、拓宽参与渠道以及建立回应机制,将有助于增强公共服务供给的有效性,改善民生福利。Based on micro data,this paper investigates the impact of democratic participation on citizens＇ satisfaction with public service. The result shows that democratic participation have significant positive effects on citizens＇ satisfaction with public service,and This effects have heterogeneity among the residents of different income levels and different residential areas.These findings imply that the local government should enhance the transparency of public service supply decision,broaden participation channels and establish response mechanism,in order to enhance the effectiveness of the supply of public services,and improve livelihood.
