摘  要:目的:本研究对阿片类物质依赖损伤的Wnt/β-Catenin通路异常及戒毒药物的影响进行研究,为相关临床治疗提供参考。方法:本文对本院收治的80例阿片类物质依赖的患者进行分析,比较患者治疗前和采用戒毒药物美沙酮治疗后患者Wnt/β-Catenin通路关键蛋白及TNFα和IL2/4的表达,以同期健康体检者为对照组。结果:阿片类物质依赖性患者Wnt4和β-Catenin及TNFα和IL2/4蛋白表达明显高于健康体检者,美沙酮药物治疗后上述异常蛋白表达得到明显恢复。结论:阿片类物质损伤机体主要通过激活Wnt/β-Catenin通路、上调TNFα和IL2/4蛋白实现,美沙酮主要通过抑制上述蛋白的异常表达减轻机体损伤。Objective; To explore the abnormal Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway in injury induced by opioid dependence and alleviations of adanon. Methods: A total of 80 cases of opioid dependence patients received adanon treatment in our hospital were analyzed. The expression of Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway key proteins and TNFa as well as IL2/4 was detected by western blotting, 40 cases of healthy subjects in our hospital were taken as internal control. Results: The expression of Wnt4, β-Catenin, NFα as well as IL2/4 was significantly up-regulated in patients before treatment. Those abnormalities were alleviated after medication of adanon. Conclusion.. Over-activated Wnt/β-Catenin and up-regulated TNFα as well as IL2/4 were involved in the injury induced by opioid and adanon exerts injury restoration by normalizing these abnormal expressions.
