自由择业知识分子的职业流动及其影响因素——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：时代的发展孕育出了自由择业知识分子这个新群体,随着我国经济社会不断发展,他们逐渐成为社会新阶层群体的中坚力量,职业流动性成为该群体一个较为显著的特征。通过对江苏省13个省辖市部分自由择业知识分子实施的问卷调查数据分析,发现自由择业知识分子多数倾向于职业流动,其职业流动与其所在地区、文化程度、初次职业性质、经济状况以及社会地位等因素具有相关性,而性别、婚姻状况、职称状况等因素的影响并不显著。Freelance intellectuals are a new group bred with the development of times, and they gradually become the backbone of the new social stratum. Occupational mobility is one of their significant characteristics of the group. Through the survey of 13 cities of Jiangsu province, we find that the majority of freelance intellectuals are in favor of occupational mobility. The occupational mobility of freelance intellectuals is correlative with region, education, initial vocational nature, economic status and social status, but it has weak relationship with gender, marital status and title status.
