摘　　要：针对某公司国产600 MW机组循环水泵可靠性低的问题,从循环水泵的结构、材料、设计等方面进行分析,认为循环水泵转轴设计刚度不足、泵主轴被腐蚀、导轴承磨损等是造成循环水泵可靠性低的原因,提出改造方案,并说明改造效果。Aiming at the problem of circulating pump lower reliability,after analysis on the structure,material and system of the equipment,considers that the low reliability by less design rigidity of circulating pump shaft,corrosion of the chief axis,bearing wearing are the main reasons,then lays down the reformation plan,illustrates the reformation results.
