摘 要:在低温条件下釆用溶胶凝胶法制备SiO2/TiO2,Fe3+、Ag+-SiO2/TiO2复合水溶胶,通过浸轧法对涤纶织物进行了抗静电、防紫外线整理,并测试了整理后织物的感应电压、半衰期、紫外线透过率和UPF值,探讨了达到较好抗静电和防紫外线效果的工艺参数。结果表明:当钛/硅配比为1∶2、钛/硅总质量分数为0.75%、掺Ag+量为4%时,经复合水溶胶整理后的涤纶织物半衰期为0.01s,此时织物具有较强的抗静电性,且经过30次洗涤后其半衰期仍有4.57s,因此具有一定的抗静电耐久性;当钛/硅配比为4∶1、钛/硅总质量分数为0.75%、掺Fe3+量为0.06%、掺Ag+量为1%时,经复合水溶胶整理后的涤纶织物UPF值分别为136.27和132.8,TUVA分别为3.81%和3.73%,达到防紫外线产品的要求,且经过30次洗涤后其UPF值分别为113.79和110.64,此时仍有较好的防紫外线性能,因此具有一定的防紫外耐久性。SiO2/TiO2,Fe3+、Ag+-SiO2/TiO2 composite sols were prepared by sol-gel method under low temperature and they were applied as antistatic and anti-ultraviolet agent on polyester fabrics by dip-padding technique.The antistatic effect was tested with induced voltage and half-life.The anti-ultraviolet effect was tested with induced UV transmittance and UPF values.Results show that the optimal ratio of composite sols was like w(Ti)∶w(Si)was 1∶2,the optimum sol concentration was 0.75wt%,Ag+-dopping 4%.The halflife of the fabric was 0.01 s.And after 30 times of washing,the half-life of the fabric still has4.57 s,The optimal ratio of composite sols was like w(Ti):w(Si)was 4∶1,the optimum sol concentration was 0.75wt%,Fe3+-dopping 0.06%,Ag+-dopping 1%.The UPF of the fabric was 136.27 and 132.8,respectively,the TUVAwas 3.81% and 3.73%,respectively.And after 30 times of washing,the UPF still has 113.79 and 110.64,respectively.
