摘 要:本试验旨在通过研究色氨酸对新杨绿壳蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质以及血清生化指标的影响,测定新杨绿壳蛋鸡(29-40周龄)的色氨酸需要量。试验选取健康、体重均匀、产蛋率相近的28周龄的新杨绿壳蛋鸡525羽,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复21羽。对照组饲喂色氨酸含量为0.15%的基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加200、400、600、800 mg/kg的色氨酸,使得各试验组的色氨酸水平分别达到0.17%、0.19%、0.21%、0.23%。预试期1周,正试期12周。结果表明:1)饲粮中添加色氨酸可显著提高新杨绿壳蛋鸡的产蛋率(P〈0.05),降低料蛋比(P〈0.05),增加平均蛋重(P〈0.05),但对采食量未产生显著影响(P〉0.05)。2)饲粮中添加色氨酸可显著增加鸡蛋的蛋白高度和哈氏单位(P〈0.05),而对蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度和蛋壳厚度均未产生显著影响(P〉0.05)。3)饲粮中添加色氨酸显著增加了血清总蛋白含量(P〈0.05),降低了血清尿素氮含量(P〈0.05),对血清白蛋白和尿酸含量未产生显著影响(P〉0.05);饲粮中添加色氨酸可显著降低血清游离脂肪酸含量(P〈0.05),显著增加血清极低密度脂蛋白的含量(P〈0.05),对血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量均未产生显著影响(P〉0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,产蛋高峰期新杨绿壳蛋鸡的适宜色氨酸水平为0.19%-0.22%。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of L-tryptophan(LTrp) on performance,egg quality and serum biochemical parameters of Xinyang Green Shell laying hens,and to obtain the optimal supplemental levels of L-Trp for green shell laying hens(29 to 40 weeks of age).A total of525 Xinyang green shell laying hens(28 weeks of age) with the similar egg production were randomly allotted to5 treatments with 5 replicates of 21 birds each.The control treatment was given a basal diet containing 0.15% LTrp,and the experiment treatments were supplemented with 200,400,600 and 800 mg/kg of L-Trp,to obtain the L-Trp levels in the experimental diets were 0.17%,0.19%,0.21% and 0.23%,respectively.The feeding trial lasted 13 weeks,including a 1-week acclimation period and a 12-week experimental period.The results were shown as follows: 1) dietary L-Trp significantly increased egg production and average egg weight(P〈0.05),and decreased feed/egg(P〈0.05),while no significant effect in feed intake(P〉0.05) was found.2) Albumen height and Haugh unit increased as dietary L-Trp increased from 0.15% to 0.19 and then decreased as LTrp increased from 0.19% to 0.23%.Compared with the control group,albumen height and Haugh unit in 0.19% L-Trp group were significantly increased by 1.09%(P〈0.05) and 6.5%(P〈0.05),respectively.3)Dietary L-Trp significantly increased serum total protein content(P〈0.05) and decreased serum urea nitrogen content(P〈0.05),but no significant effects on serum albumin and serum uric acid contents(P〉0.05); dietary L-Trp significantly decreased serum free fatty acid content(P〈0.05) and increased serum very lowdensity lipoprotein content(P〈0.05),while supplementing L-Trp had no significant effects on serum triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol contents(P〉0.05).In conclusion,the optimal tryptophan level of Xinyang green shell laying hens i
