Effects of Dietary Pantothenic Acid Supplemental Levels on Performance and Antioxidant Function of 3 to 5-Month-Old Rex Rabbits

摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮泛酸添加水平对3-5月龄獭兔生产性能和抗氧化功能的影响。试验选用体况相近的3月龄獭兔200只,随机分成5组,每组40个重复,每个重复1只。5组獭兔分别饲喂泛酸添加水平为0、10、20、40和80 mg/kg的基础饲粮,饲粮中泛酸含量实测值为6.68、15.16、27.32、48.80和88.65 mg/kg。预试期7 d,正试期53 d。结果表明:1)饲粮泛酸添加水平极显著影响平均日采食量(P〈0.000 1),显著影响料重比(P=0.045 2),且在饲粮泛酸添加水平为40 mg/kg时料重比最低,对平均日增重无显著影响(P=0.140 1)。2)饲粮泛酸添加水平极显著影响毛皮面积(P〈0.000 1)和被毛长度(P〈0.000 1),对毛皮重量无显著影响(P=0.106 0),毛皮厚度有先升高后降低的趋势(P=0.051 5)。随着饲粮泛酸添加水平的提高,毛皮面积及被毛长度先升高后降低,且分别在泛酸添加水平为40和20 mg/kg时达到最大值。3)饲粮泛酸添加水平极显著影响肌肉滴水损失(P=0.003 6),显著影响肌肉的红度值(P=0.024 6)与黄度值(P=0.015 4),而对屠宰率(P=0.702 8)、45 min内p H(P=0.100 7)、剪切力(P=0.317 3)和亮度值(P=0.411 1)均无显著影响。当饲粮泛酸添加水平为40 mg/kg时滴水损失最小,黄度值先升高后下降,在饲粮泛酸添加水平为40 mg/kg时达到最大值。4)饲粮添加40 mg/kg泛酸显著降低肝脏中8-异前列腺素F2α(P=0.049 5)、蛋白质羰基含量(P=0.019 5),极显著降低血浆中8-异前列腺素F2α含量(P=0.001 0)。综合本试验测定指标,3-5月龄獭兔饲粮适宜的泛酸添加水平为20-40 mg/kg(饲粮中泛酸的实测含量为27.32-48.80 mg/kg)。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary pantothenic acid supplemental level on performance and antioxidant function of 3 to 5-month-old Rex rabbits.Two hundred 3-month-old Rex rabbits with similar health conditions were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 40 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate.Rabbits in 5 groups were fed with the basal diets supplemented with 0,10,20,40 and 80 mg/kg pantothenic acid,to make the measured values of pantothenic acid content in diets were 6.68,15.16,27.32,48.80 and 88.65 mg/kg,respectively.The trial lasted for 7 days for adaptation and 53 days for test.The results showed as follows: 1) dietary pantothenic acid supplemental level had extremely significant influence on average daily feed intake(P〈0.000 1),had significant influence on feed/gain(P = 0.045 2),and the lowest feed/gain was in 40 mg/kg pantothenic acid group,while had no significant influence on average daily gain(P = 0.140 1).2) Dietary pantothenic acid supplemental level had extremely significant influences on fur area(P〈0.000 1) and wool length(P〈0.000 1),while had no significant influence on fur weight(P = 0.106 0) and had a tendency to rise before reducing on fur thickness(P = 0.051 5).3) Dietary pantothenic acid supplemental level had extremely significant influence on drip loss(P = 0.003 6),had significant influences on meat a*value(P = 0.024 6) and b*values(P = 0.015 4),while had no significant influences on dressing percentage(P = 0.702 8),p H within 45 min(P = 0.100 7),shear stress(P = 0.317 3) and meat L*value(P = 0.411 1).4)Supplementation of 40 mg/kg pantothenic acid could significantly reduce 8-iso-prostaglandin F2α(8-ISOPGF2α)(P = 0.049 5) and protein carbonyl contents(P = 0.019 5) in liver and extremely significant reduce 8-ISO-PGF2α content in plasma(P = 0.001 0).Considering all indexes of this experiment,the appropriate dietary pantothenic acid supplemental levels are 20 t
