摘  要:本试验旨在研究补饲甜菜粕对焉耆马水代谢的影响。选取运动成绩、体重[(349.33±20.47)kg]、年龄和体尺相近的焉耆马12匹,随机分至对照组和2个试验组,每组4匹。对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组在饲喂相同的基础饲粮和粗饲料(燕麦秸)的条件下分别补饲0、0.6、1.2 kg/d甜菜粕。预试期15 d,正试期5 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组马匹的饮水量分别提高了8.74%(P>0.05)和20.80%(P<0.05),而其排尿量、粪含水量未产生显著变化(P>0.05)。试验Ⅱ组马匹的水保留量比对照组和试验Ⅰ组分别增加了27.23%(P<0.05)和33.83%(P<0.05)。2)试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组马匹血浆中抗利尿激素水平分别比对照组提高了14.65%(P>0.05)和45.93%(P<0.05),促肾上腺皮质激素水平分别比对照组提高了22.02%(P<0.01)和24.06%(P<0.01)。3)补饲甜菜粕不影响马匹血浆中醛固酮、皮质醇、血管紧张素Ⅱ、心钠素水平及血液中钾离子(K+)、钠离子(Na+)和氯离子(Cl-)的浓度(P>0.05)。由此可知,补饲1.2 kg/d甜菜粕可显著提高焉耆马体内水分的保留量和血浆中抗利尿激素的水平,极显著提高血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素的水平,对机体的水代谢起正向调节作用。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of supplemented of sugar beet pulp on water metabolism of Yanqi horse.Twelve Yanqi horses were randomly divided into three groups according to performance,body weight [(349.33 ± 20.47) kg],body measurement and age.The groups were referred as one control group and two experimental groups,and each group with 4 horses.Horses in the control group,experimental groupⅠand experimental groupⅡwere supplied with 0,0.6,1.2 kg/d of sugar beet pulp on the condition of feeding the same basal diet and roughage(oat straw).The pre-test period lasted for 15 days and the trial lasted for 5 days.The results showed as follows: 1) compared with the control group,the water intake of the experimental groupsⅠand Ⅱwere increased by 8.74%(P〈0.05) and 20.80%(P〈0.05),respectively.However,there were no significant changes in the feces water content and urine excretion of the horses among all groups(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group and the experimental groupⅠ,the retention of water of the experimental group Ⅱwas increased by 27.23%(P〈0.05) and 33.83%(P〈0.05),respectively.2) Compared with the control group,the antidiuretic hormone level in plasma of experimental groupsⅠandⅡwas increased by 14.65%(P〈0.05) and 45.93%(P〈0.05),and also the adrenocorticotropic hormone level was increased by 22.02%(P〈0.01) and 24.06%(P〈0.01),respectively.3) There were no significant changes in the levels of aldosterone,cortisol,angiotensinⅡ,atrial natriuretic peptide in plasma,and the concentrations of K+,Na+and Cl-in blood supplemented with sugar beet pulp(P〈0.05).Therefore,the retention of body water,the levels of antidiuretic hormone and adrenocorticotropic hormone level in plasma of Yanqi horse are significantly increased by supplementary feeding 1.2 kg/d of sugar beet pulp,which plays a positive role in the water metabolism of the body.
