摘　　要：车牌识别系统图像中车牌的边框有时并不明显,且因噪声、污迹等干扰的影响,以及车牌字符会有粘连和断裂现象,从而造成大部分方法或多或少对其的检测精度下降。Hough变换具有对噪声不敏感、检测精度高等优点,故本文采用Hough变换法进行倾斜校正。This paper presents a license plate recognition system in the license plate tilt correction- Hough transform method. In license plate recognition system, the obscure outline of the plate, the disturbance from noises and dirt, and the sticky and broken characters may more or less affect the detection accuracy. The Hough transform is not sensitive to noise detection and has high precision, so this paper adopts this method for tilt correction.
