摘　　要：传统发制品泡油工序生产为手工操作,生产效率低,对泡油工序的温度和时间等参数不能精确管控。本文将分布式结构控制系统应用到发制品泡油工序生产,深入研究发制品泡油生产工艺和特点,研发出发制品恒温泡油分布式集控系统。该系统的成功应用,为企业信息化建设和节能降耗提供了强有力的保障,有较高的市场推广价值。The traditional hair goods production is a manual industry, which is of low production efficiency,and cannot accurately control the parameters of temperature and time of the bubble oil process. This paper applies the distributed structure control system into the hair goods production, deeply researches the process and the characteristics of bubble oil process, and then designs a new distributed control system for hair goods industry. The successful application of this system provides a guarantee of information construction and energy saving for enterprises, and has a relatively high value in marketing.
