摘　　要：在工程造价管理中,以全过程动态管控为主线,以"可控、能控、在控"为出发点和着力点,以培训、变更、激励为抓手,从普及技经基本知识的常态化视频培训、编制变更工程手册杜绝重复变更、对工程有重大影响的激励否决项等方面着手,全力打造造价管理的动态管控。实践证明,动态管控在工程造价全面管理中取得了良好的成效。In project cost management, in order to dynamically control the cost, it is necessary to start from and focus on this principle- ＂controllable, controllability, in control＂. It is also required to grasp training, change, and motivation. It is important to arrange video training for the popularity of basic knowledge, compile an engineering change manual to avoid repeated changes, and pay attention to incentive rejections which may have major influences on projects, so as to create dynamic control of cost management. Practice proves that the dynamic control achieves good results in the overall management of the project cost.
