摘　　要：本文介绍了"互联网+"时代的特性,"互联网+"时代的组织机构代码工作也呈现出代码办理的便捷性、代码服务的公益性、代码管理的艰巨性等特征。为了适应"互联网+"时代发展需要,组织机构代码职能部门应培养高素质人才队伍,为代码事业发展提供智力支撑;拓展经费来源渠道,为代码事业发展提供经费支撑;创新管理工作机制,为代码事业发展提供法律制度支撑。This paper introduces the characteristics of the ＂Internet ＋＂ era. In the ＂Internet ＋＂ era, the organization code has new features such as the convenience of the application, the service of public welfare, and the difficulty of management. In order to meet the needs of the era, functional departments should cultivate high quality talent team to provide intellectual support, expand funding channels, and innovate management mechanism to provide legal support.
