河流健康下的黄河泥沙资源利用

摘　　要：按泥沙利用目的的不同将黄河下游泥沙资源利用方式分为公益性和经营性两种,分别指出其对应的实现途径。分析健康黄河理论和泥沙资源利用之间的关系:1健康黄河理论为泥沙资源利用提供可能;2健康黄河理论对泥沙资源利用产生约束。并遵循健康黄河要求,对当前的泥沙资源管理给出了建议。The mode of utilizing sediment resources of the lower Yellow River is divided into two kinds according to the different using purposes, which concludes public service and operating purpose, and then the corresponding realization is indicated. The relationship between the river＇s healthy live and the utilizing of sediment resources in the lower Yellow River has been theoretical analyzed： Firstly, the river＇s healthy live theory provides a possibility to utilizing sediment resources, secondly, the river＇s healthy live theory provides constraints. The suggestions has been given according to the healthy theory.
