摘  要:受地形条件限制,德党河水库溢洪道消力池出口水流须转向近90°,下游河道两岸又多为土坡,河床内砂卵砾石层松散,抗冲刷能力差。通过水工模型试验研究,对溢洪道消能工体型及平面布置进行优化,有效提高了消力池的消能率,同时出池水流流态得到明显改善,减轻了下游河道的防冲压力。Restricted by terrain conditions, the angle of water flowing which from the stilling basin of spillway of DE Dang - he Reservoir has to turn to 90°. The side of lower river is full of earth slope. So many loose sands and gravels are in the riverbed, that the river's anti - scour ability is weak. Based on model tests, this paper optimized the size of stilling basin's spillway and plane layout. As a result, the ratio of dissipation in stilling basin has improved, which help to improved the state of flow. At the same time, the modified project alleviated the erosiveness in lower river.
