摘　　要：资金支持是科技成果转化能否成功的关键因素之一,科技成果转化不同阶段风险与收益特征不同,对融资服务的需求存在显著差异,需要多种金融手段优化组合,协同合作。本文对科技成果转化资金来源及融资困境进行深入分析,提出设立引导基金发展风险投资市场、创新金融产品及服务、完善资本市场拓宽融资渠道,建立多元化、多层次的科技成果转化融资模式,并增进科技成果转化融资服务体系的协同发展等建议。Financial support plays a crucial role in the successful transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The different stages of the transformation shows different risk and revenue characteristics and calls for different kinds of financing services.Thus,it requires the optimization and combination of several financial instruments to realize collaboration.Through the analysis of the source of fund and financing plight in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the paper proposes that it should establish guidance fund to develop venture investment market,innovate financial products and services,improve capital market,expand financing channels,set up diversified and multilevel financing mode and enhance the synergetic development of financing service system.
