摘　　要：北京、张家口联合申办2022年冬奥会是世界关注的重大事件,国际体育大事件将带动城市旅游业发展,旅游业全球化市场将对城市建设提出更高要求。以事件旅游为理论基础,结合冬奥城市旅游的时间效应、经济效应和区域效应,分析张家口城市发展与冬奥旅游的时空对接元素,系统形成了因时而异的阶段定位策略、创新融合的产业对接策略、区域联盟的合作发展策略,并提出了张家口冬奥城市旅游的保障措施建议。It＇s a major event capturing the world＇s attention that Beijing-Zhangjiakou is bidding jointly to host the 2002 Winter Olympics. International sports events will drive the development of the city tourism industry, while tourism globalization markets put forward higher requirements of the city construction. Based on the event tourism theory, this paper analyses the space docking elements of the city development of Zhangjiakou and the Winter Olympics tourism taking into account the time effects, the economic effects and the regional effects. The situational stage positioning strategy, innovative industry docking strategy and the development strategy of regional coalition are proposed. Finally, this paper makes recommendations on the safeguards of Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics City tourism.
