加味百合地黄汤治疗放射性肺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味百合地黄汤在治疗放射性肺炎时的作用。方法:将120例放射性肺炎患者随机分成两组,对照组接受抗生素与地塞米松治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用加味百合地黄汤(加味百合地黄汤组方如下:百合7.5g,生地黄7.5g,乌梅4.5g,甘草3g,桔梗4.5g,薄荷3g,肉桂3g,天竺黄4.5g,随证加减)。结果:观察组在疗效与生活质量的改善方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:加味百合地黄汤可有效治疗放射性肺炎,提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To explore clinical effects of the Baihe Dihuang decoction on radiation pneumonitis （RP）. Methods： 120 patients were randomly allocated to 2 groups; the control group were given antibiotics and dexamethasone, and the observed group were given antibiotics, dexamethasone and Baihe Dihuang decoction. Results： The effects and level of life quality improvement in observed group were higher than control group, and there was statistically singnificant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： The Baihe Dihuang decoction can treat RP effectively and improve the life quality of the patients.
