紫雪散联合参芪扶正注射液治疗小儿感染性休克疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析紫雪散联合参芪扶正注射液在小儿感染性休克中的应用情况。方法:抽取入我院治疗的小儿感染性休克患者82例作为研究对象,采用随机对照分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上取紫雪散联合参芪扶正注射液治疗,利用急性生理、慢性健康状况评分(APACHE II)评估两组患者的预后治疗情况,记录白细胞计数(WBC)、呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗第3d、第7d的APACHE II评分分别为(15.06±2.11)、(6.43±1.28),均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者WBC、RR、HR分别为(10.26±2.47)×109/L、(18.06±2.35)次/min、(97.26±3.05)次/min,均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用紫雪散联合参芪扶正注射液治疗小儿感染性休克,能够控制患者的感染症状,提高其预后生存质量,值得推广应用。Objective： Zixue San plus the Shenqi Fuzheng injection were applied in hemorrhagic shock of pediatric infection. Methods： 78 patients were divided into two groups; the control group received routine treatment; the observation group took Zixue San plus the Shenqi Fuzheng injection. Results： On 3rd and 7th day, the scores of APACHE in observation group were （15.06±2.11）, （6.43±1.28） respectively （P〈0.05）. The RR, HR and WBC in the observation group were （10.26±2.47） × 109/L, （18.06±2.35） times /min, （97.26±3.05） times/min, and lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zixue San plus the Shenqi Fuzheng injection for septic shock in children can control the infection, improve survival quality, is worthy of popularization and application.
