胃痛宁合剂联合雷贝拉唑治疗功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胃痛宁合剂联合雷贝拉唑治疗功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征的临床疗效。方法:将102例功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊,20mg/d,早上空腹口服;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服河南中医学院第一附属医院院内制剂——胃痛宁合剂,30m L/次,3次/d口服,两组均治疗15d。观察两组治疗前、后主要临床症状及中医证候积分变化情况。结果:两组组内治疗后与治疗前症状总积分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组与对照组症状总积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组;治疗组与对照组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:胃痛宁合剂联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊和单用雷贝拉唑均可改善功能性消化不良上腹痛综合征的临床症状,但胃痛宁合剂联合雷贝拉唑的疗效优于常规雷贝拉唑治疗。Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Weitongning decoction plus Bella on functional dyspepsia upper abdominal pain. Methods： 102 cases of functional dyspepsia epigastric pain were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsules, 20mg per day, fasting oral in the morning; the treatment group was given the Weitongning decoction more, 30mL per time, orally, 3 times per day, for 15 days. The main clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results： Before and after treatment in each group, the total symptom score was compared. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; after treatment in two groups, the total score of symptoms was compared, with significant difference （P〈0.05）; the treatment group was significantly better than the control group; the curative effect had significant difference （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： The Weitongning decoction plus Bella and only Bella can improve the clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome, but the curative efficacy of the Weitongning decoction plus Bella is better.
