温经活血熏洗方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨温经活血熏洗方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组,对照组60例,采用常规治疗,给予甲钴胺注射液1mg,静脉滴注,1次/d;前列地尔注射液10μg,静脉滴注,1次/d;α硫辛酸600mg,静脉滴注,1次/d,14d为1个疗程。治疗组60例,加用温经活血熏洗方治疗7d。结果:对照组总有效率为63.33%,治疗组总有效率为91.67%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温经活血熏洗方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Wenjing Huoxue Xunxi prescription on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods： 120 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in the control group received conventional treatment, 14 days as 1 course. 60 cases in the treatment group received the Wenjing Huoxue Xunxi prescription 7 days as 1 course. Results： The total efficiency in the control group was 63.33%. The total efficiency in the treatment group was 91.67%. The difference betweeen two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Wenjing Huoxue Xunxi prescription was effective on DPN, and worthy of promotion.
