手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗创伤性下尺桡关节损伤70例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗创伤性下尺桡关节损伤的疗效。方法:将70例创伤性下尺桡关节损伤病人随机分为3组;手法整复后I组(n=30)采用旋后位小夹板固定结合外敷中药治疗,II组(n=20)采用旋后位小夹板固定治疗,III组(n=20)采用外敷中药配合康复治疗。6个月后进行疗效评价。结果:I组疗效优于II组和III组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法复位小夹板固定结合外敷何氏骨伤科中药治疗创伤性下尺桡关节损伤疗效确切。Objective： To observe the efficacy of manipulative reduction splinting method plus He’s orthopedic medicine on traumatic injury of DRUJ. Methods： 70 cases of traumatic injury of DRUJ were randomly divided into three groups. After manipulation, group I （n=30） was given splinting method plus TCM medicine; group II （n=20） was given splinting; group III （n=20） was given TCM medicine; the rehabilitation was combing. After 6 months, the efficiency was evaluated. Results： The efficacy in group I was better than that in the group II and group III; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There was an exactly effect of manipulative reduction splinting method plus He’s orthopedic medicine on traumatic injury of DRUJ.
